AUSTIN (Reuters) – Amazon.com Inc is offering new lines of clothing, footwear and accessories to its men and female customers, the company’s chief executive officer said on Monday.
The new lines will be unveiled at the end of the month and include an “all-inclusive line of high-performance apparel” for women and “a wide variety of athletic footwear and apparel” including sandals, sneakers and track pants.

The shoes will be available in sizes ranging from 8 to 12 and will be offered in “narrowest to widest” sizes, the head of Amazon’s fashion business said on a conference call with analysts.
The clothing line is in response to the increasing popularity of female sportswearing in the United States and is a continuation of Amazon.tv, a video streaming platform that is owned by Alphabet Inc’s Google parent.
