COLUMBIA, S.C. — Nike has officially opened a new luxury retail store in Columbia, South Carolina, with plans to sell nearly 300 pairs of Nike sportswatches and a variety of other clothing items.
The store, at 1035 Columbia St., is located in the historic Columbia City Building on the corner of Columbia and Market Streets.
It opened to the public this past Saturday and will remain open through Nov. 7.
Nidas has previously opened luxury retail stores in Philadelphia and Seattle, with a new store planned for 2019.
“We’re excited to open our new Columbia store to the community, and we’re committed to making our Columbia location the most exciting destination for our Nike collection,” said Nidas USA Chief Executive Officer Jon Miller in a statement.
“The Columbia City building is a world-class, iconic building that houses our flagship Columbia store, the Nike Columbia Store.
It is an ideal location for us to expand our collection to include the world’s most iconic Nike products.”
Nike said it plans to have a selection of sportswear, footwear and accessories for sale in the store.
The store will feature an expansive selection of clothing including athletic and casual styles, as well as footwear and accessory accessories.
Nikes collection is made up of some of the most iconic and iconic footwear brands in the world.
